About a month ago I went through the car wash and my truck starting running rough after an hour or so it was fine. Then yesterday I went through a creek over a road and it started the rough idle and low power and never quit. I replaced the plugs plug wires and both coil packs still running rough with no power.

Hi,

There are a few different ignition components that could have gotten wet. If you haven't already, the computer should be scanned to see where the problem is coming from. Here is a quick video showing how it's done:

I realize most people don't own a scan tool, but most parts stores will do it free of charge or lend/rent the scan tool to you.

If you haven't done it, start with this. If you have, let me know what codes were retrieved.

Let me know.

The only other thing I can think of then is if the engine took on water which caused something to happen directly to the engine. You may want to do a compression test to confirm that all cylinders are within spec. If it was something electronic, it would have shown up with the scan.
