Rough idle and momentary loss of power

The truck loses power or kind of bogs down a small bit but is very noticeable from time to time not constant. It has a rough or erratic idle.

Sounds as if it is a fuel related problem. i would start with a code scan just to see if there are any set fault code. not all codes will set a check light. also, check fuel pressure and replace the fuel filter if this has not been done for some time. start here.
