Rough idle

Went to test my car because rough idle and came out with these codes DTC P0011 and DTC P0021, I need to know how to fix it, and what kind of parts needed to fix this issue.

this is a cam phaser solenoid problem. check items in pic then check to see if solenoid works and if any screens if they are plugged.
