Okay, in the diagrams down below I have in the Pinpoint Test JF, which is what the factory technicians would use to diagnose the problem at the dealership. You will need to use a digital multi-meter (DMM) and a test light to do these tests so here are a couple of links explaining how to use them, if needed:
