Rough idle

I drove into a hole hitting the vehicle very hard and shortly after the vehicle started to rough idle, there is this intense vibration when the vehicle is parked or when stopped at a light, but it is fine while in motions.

It sounds like you may have broken an engine mount, open the hood and stand to the side of the car, have a helper put there foot on the brake and start the engine, then put the car in drive and then reverse to see if the engine is moving excessively. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. I have included the engine mount replacement instructions in the diagrams below just in case that is the problem. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
