Rough idle

When in park the car idle's fine when in drive or reverse it idles rough. the engine is the 4b10. I was looking for information on the idle sensor but had no information all. so I also have a coolant leak and cannot find it. very frustrating need some advice please.

Since the vehicle has low mileage, the first thing I would check is for engine vacuum leaks. Also, if the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to determine trouble codes, which can lead you to the problem. As far as the "idle sensor", there is an idle control module mounted on the throttle body. However, I do not think that would be the issue because the part is designed to maintain idle speed and should not cause a rough idle unless the idle speed is exceptionally low.
