Rocker arm is not holding in place

My car stated knocking and so I took off the valve cover and the rocker arm had fallen off completely. I YouTube the problems and replaced my lifter and everything looks to be in good shape how it it's all supposed to.

It's still not staying in place, still same problem. how do I fix the valve seat prone problem?

I would make sure that the concave pocket is over the lash adjuster. I have included some information in the diagrams down below for you.
