Rock arms and hydraulic lifters?

I wanted to.cgange put rocker arms and hydraulic lifters there are people.zaying you can do this without removing the entire head but simply only the head covers. Amy suggestions or recommendations. Is this a rough job should I be aware of more parts to replace while targeting just these?

O ya, this can be tough but with the right stools it is not to bad, here is a video that shows what to do.
