RMP bouncing and Hi Gaz consommation

I have a 97 Acura Integra, when I turn on my car the needle on the RPM just goes crazy, it doesn't stay in place even when the car is stop. I don't know if its the spark plug or if its something electrical. also the gaz consommation is very high comparing to my Honda CIVIC 96

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge, check for air leaks and vacuum leaks as well
