Historically only Chrysler minivan wheels fit other Chrysler minivans as far as center hole diameter, stud spacing, and offset. Other wheels might fit the studs, but they may rub on brake calipers. Because there are so many styles that can interchange, your best bet is to visit any salvage yard. They all have very large, expensive books called "Hollander Guides". In those, you look up the part you're looking for, in this case, "Wheel", and it will list it with a code number. You look that code number up in the back half of the book, and it will list every vehicle that could have used that part.

For many years there were two sizes of wheel available depending on the option package the vehicle was built with. For example, I have four Chrysler minivans from 1988 to 1995 models. Some have 14" wheels and standard brakes, and some have 15" wheels with heavy-duty brakes. You can't mistakenly put the wrong diameter wheel on because the bolt hole spacing is smaller on the 14" wheels.

The shape of the lug nut is important too. It has to match the shape of the hole in the wheel to form the friction-fit that holds them tight. There are some Ford minivan wheels that look like they will fit on the Caravans, but when you try to tighten the lug nuts, if you don't see it, the studs are off-center in the holes by a fraction of an inch. That makes it impossible to properly torque the nuts and expect them to stay tight. Those wheels do not interchange on Chrysler products.

The bolt pattern is a 5 lug on a 5inch or 127mm bolt circle with a 40mm offset. There are quite a few rims that will fit depending on what you are looking for. The rim diameter depends on which options you have as they came with 16, 17 and 19 inch rims.
The Journey uses the same bolt pattern and rims for the 17 and 19 inch options. However it depends on what you are looking for as there are a lot of aftermarket rims that fit them as well. The biggest issue is usually if the rim clears the brake calipers and other parts.

What I found is that the bolt pattern is 5x127, and the offset is 40mm. As for what other vehicle have the same size, like caradiodoc stated, it's a trial and error type of deal and is best to actually bolting some on before purchasing anything to make sure nothing rubs.,
