Right side turn signal flashes fast

The right side turn indicators are flashing fast, both front and rear work. I replaced bulbs (OEM) and checked for corrosion in the sockets (contacts are clean and shiny) verified the ground in the socket is making contact with the bulb.
Still flashing fast on the right side. The driver's side is normal speed. The hazards flash normally on both sides.
It seems the new bulbs on the passenger side are brighter than the driver's side.

Hello!

It's good that you checked for corrosion inside the light sockets. You may also want to check for corrosion or loose wires at the connector as well. Please see the photos I've attached below.

It's possible there's a bad connection at one of the grounds for the right turn signal (labeled G201 and G701 in the diagrams below).
