Aftermarket headlights, aftermarket tail lights, and aftermarket side marker lights. Lights only work intermittently. Turn them off and back on. They will stay in for a short period before going off again. Right side only.
Dealership checked connections. No issues.

The only thing that would really make sense with this is the BCM is shutting them down. So let's monitor the voltage from the BCM to one of the head lamps on the wire highlighted below. Clearly you will have voltage on the signal wire from the BCM when they are working but I suspect this voltage will go away and if it does, then they are being commanded off. If that is the case, the I suspect there is a signal issue that is causing the BCM to shut them off.

Here is a guide that will help doing this:

Just to be clear, these were not doing this until they were changed? Also, did you change to LED bulbs or something else? Can you provide the brand for these as well?

The headlights and tail lights are Morimoto. There was no lighting issues prior to this. After reading a few emails. I ran across that the right front head light did a hyperflash in July. But it soon went away and the lights out issue started
The Corvette is back t the dealership tonight. They are going to try and diagnose the issue again. They claimed they had fixed the issue. I drove it home and it started doing it again.
I have suspicion of what it could be.. Bad BCM.
Bad ground wire on BCM.
Head light connection issue.
The dealership has been all through the back of the car. Tail lights have been sent back and tested great. Oracle side markers sent back and tested great Only thing not tested is the right front headlight.

Okay. I think they are correct that there is an issue with the BCM but I am concerned that one of these lights is causing the driver in the BCM to fail or ground when it should not.

Clearly the best test would be to change the lights back one at a time and see if the issue continues until one of them is replaced.

Either way, keep us updated on what they tell you. Thanks for keeping us updated to this point.

I just got a call from the dealership this morning. The tech can't get the lights to go out. He has checked the BCM for bad circuit. There doesn't seem to be an issue with the BCM. He has driven the car trying to get them to go out. Still nothing. I'm starting to think my car doesn't like me.. He is going to continue to work on the car today. Checking connections from headlights back.

Totally understand that. They never break when you take them in for an intermittent issue. As soon as you get in it will though. (hopefully not)

Thanks for the update. Let us know what ends up happening. Thanks
