Right headlight high beams flash when I use my turn signal?

My right headlights drl is out and my right side high beams flash when I use my turn signal (only on the right side) I did notice that the inner tail light bulb carrier went out for the passenger side and both of the taillights share the same ground i don’t know if that would cause any issues to the front side since it’s only on the right side. I did change the bulbs already and still the same issue. I checked voltage on the wires and they were good, and inspected the fuses which also seemed good. I swapped the ballast out from left to right and the problem went away but came back after a day and a half.
