Vehicle will not reverse?

When you put the car in reverse do the reverse lights come on? If not, I would start by checking the fuses DCT3, DCT2 under the hood and fuse TCU,B/UP LP1 and the cluster fuse and if there are okay, I would change out the transmission mode switch or range sensor which the instructions to change and location of the sensor are in the images below.

Here are the fuses in the wiring diagram so you can see what I am talking about and the fuse locations as well. IF the fuses are good and the reverse lights come on, we should run the codes.
