When I turn off the engine it will not restart

Have the car listed above and when I turn it off it won't start back up again. I've had the body control module replaced and flashed. I put in a new battery and it still does the same thing. I don't know if it's the key just not making a connection or what. Sometimes it'll be okay other days I'll know when it's going to start acting up because the windows won't go down completely. A/C will be on, but won't light up. also there was a recall for that vehicle for an unattended ignition key rotation and I don't know if that has anything to do with it. It has 108,000 miles on it. I've had it into the shop at least four times and it still does the same thing. is there anything else that it could possibly be that they're not seeing? I'm a female and definitely not a mechanic.
