Reset oil message change light after oil change

Tried to reset oil change message after oil change using the method from my old merc sprinter but does not work what is the new method for a 2014 crafter

Problem don't have the manual as last owner has lost it can't find it online either help please

I have researched and cant seen to find the information needed, your best best is call the dealer or repurchase the owners manual, sorry I wasn't more please, please try us again when you have a problem.

If you do find out how to do reset the light, please come back and let us know, that would be great!

Hi it has to be reset with a diagnostic plug in there is no easy way on the new vans another way to rip off owners I went to back street garage paid £10 to reset but bigger garages will not do it unless they have carried out the work
