The replacement sent does not completely agree with the existing box ... I think it may be from a Regal but when reading the schematic I can't determine the locations of the I/O connections based on the ID.
The rear consists of 3 connection blocks ... all keyed. Each block has a matrix configuration of 6 vertical and 12 Horizontal rows labeled A to F vertically and 1 to 12 Horizontally.
Here is the problem I'm having;
I see my fuel pump relay as having C1-C2-E3-B4 terminal connections .. but when I try to ring-out these terminals on the rear matrix ,,, Nada ... In addition the schematic does not identify what block these wires are connect too Block 1 ,2 or 3.
I need to know how the numbers are coded ... everything else is straight forward .. and The OBC numbers are a snap.
I started this job with a Home-made pin extractor that removes the wires from the old unit and the simply click into the new one.
I have never been stumped with an electrical problem until now ...I can build almost anything from an O2 diagnostic to an anti-theft diagnostic.. but this has me stumped
