Trying to replace purge valve but I cannot get the hose going from the valve to part of the engine close to where air goes in off.

Hello again.
I would suggest using a twisting motion to free up any contact from the plastic valve and rubber hose. I've attached a picture below of its location and what the valve looks like. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
