Replacing ignition immobilizer module

I had an ignition problem that i solved but in repairing it, the immobilizer module got broke and the tiny wires broke off it. So i assume that I have to replace it. my question is, do I have to have the new part or old key reprogrammed? Or is there a way to fix it or bypass it? I am in need to solve this quick.

Unfortunately you cannot bypass it but I assume you are talking about transceiver that is by the ignition? If this is the case then you just need to replace that and I don't believe you need to reprogram any keys. This system operates by PATS system sending the signal of the key to the cluster. So the transceiver is just like an antenna that sends the signal of the key. It is not programmed to the vehicle because the key and the cluster need to match up and those are remaining programmed. I think you will be good just replacing this part.
