How do I remove the fog light assembly?

Pull off the tire on the side you need access to, then remove the splash shield from inside the fender and now you should see the 3 screws that secure the light to the valance panel.
The same light is used on both sides. Once installed, aim the light with the vehicle level so the beam is 2% below horizontal.
