Replacing drive belts

Are they too short, too wide or cannot get it over a pulley?

I attached a diagram for you and if you will tell me which belt, I can continue to help.

Thank you for the diagram which also shows what needs to be loosened! Got the old belt off, getting the new one to not have so much tension.

It may be the incorrect belt. It may be too long and need a shorter belt.

It's too tight, not too loose. Which bolt do you loosen? Top, bottom or both?

Both in order to allow the adjuster to swivel. Then tighten both bolts.
