Replacement of visor with vanity light

I need to replace the visor to the passenger side, it does not stay up, I bought a replacement visor, but due to the wiring that connects to the vanity light not sure how to replace. please help.

move visor from latch, remove 3 screws holding it pull it down and disconnect the harness to visor. reverse for install.
