Replaced rotors and pads per your video

you probably have the mounting bolts for caliper mounted in wrong place we dont' have any pics to show on this. I checked on rock auto and some rotors are 11-11.25" in diameter an dothers are 10.63" see which you have

Rotors are good. There only one way to bolt calipers on. How can you do this wrong? I agree with you. I just can't figure out what I did wrong.

re read my first reply also are they different wheels ? that may be problem.

I checked the mounting bolts for caliper, those are installed right. I put the old pads on and I have about a sixteenth clearance now. Parts store said I have the right pads.

do the old pads match with the new ones if they do then it's something else. did you push the caliper piston back into the caliper all the way? that may be the problem. are they rear disc brakes and parking brake has ben bottomed out ? you didn't say front or back finally are the rotors seated correctly on the hub? may not be.

Sorry, front brakes. Pads match up to old ones. Could the pads be too thick?

I did check hub fit and the other items as well.

if pads are to thick then it's because you didn't back the caliper piston back into the caliper. the piston should be flat against edge of caliper . I have no further comments because I can't see it nor know what you did
