Hello, you may need to double check that the steering wheel is in the exact same position before the clockspring replacement. Also that all connections are tight and secure. In any case you will need to pull the codes to see what kind of issue is throwing the traction light.

There are no codes…just the traction control light. Wheels were straight, steering wheel was straight and all connections are tight and secured.

There will always be a code if the light is on - at the same time when the light is on that means the feature is unavailable, so there is always a reason. Maybe the scan tool is not powerful enough to read the code. In any case, you can try a general "clear" with the scan tool or disconnect the battery for 30 minutes and see if that fixes the problem. If you clear the codes and watch the light go out, then come back on immediately (1 second), then the problem is more than likely electrical.
