Replace washer pump

You need to remove the inner fender liner to get to the bottom of the washer reservoir and remove the pump. If it isn't spraying out I would have someone hit the button while listening for the pump, the most common failure is in the hoses themselves, either coming off or breaking. The pump will simply push into the bottom of the reservoir with a rubber grommet for a seal. When you install the new one don't apply any type of oil to it, use wiper fluid as the lube.
