Replace non powered lift gate lock actuator?

Lift back will not open. I have to crawl into the hatch area of car and with a flathead screwdriver manually move the latch to open the lifts back.
Part number I wish to install is: Trunk Latch Liftgate Actuator G33M-62-310B
