Replace current sunroof with Panoramic sunroof

I have a small sunroof in my car it is cool, but I have been seeing a bunch of newer vehicles with a huge, panoramic sunroof installed. I have checked the two closes places near me, and they are saying the panoramic sunroof is discontinued (which I find really hard to believe). Is this true? Discontinued? If not, does anyone know of any places in the inland empire, or any beach areas that might do it?
