intake manifold torque specs and pattern needed

Although the factory manual does not give a tightening sequence, I always started from the center and worked my way out in a shoelace pattern. Back in the early nineties I worked at a Toyota dealership and have done hundreds of the head gasket recall so I have a bit of intimate knowledge on these. See the pictures that I've added.

I attached the specs for both the upper and lower intake manifold bolts for you. Since it has such low torques, there is no tightening sequence. Just start from the center out.
