2002 Renault Scenic The AC/ACC unit does not stop if I pres

Hello.

I have an Renault Scenic from 2002.

The AC/ACC climate unit does not shutdown the cooler if I press the mode OFF.
It continue to run on maximum speed and make an infernal noise.

Does anybody have an idea what could be happened?

Please help me. At least a schema of AC/ACC components...
