Electrical problem
2002 Renault Scenic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 80.000 miles
have replaced glow plugs and when i turn key the glow plug light is on and off in 2seconds, then car wont start after about 4 attempts it then starts could this be relay if so not sure where relay situated
