Electrical problem
2002 Renault Scenic Manual 56000 miles

Hi I have a 02 renault megan scienic 1.9 diesel.It has been a great runner bit I have noticed that a light on the dash is coming on when I tend to go up a slight incline I have also noticed a fair bit of black smoke when I accelorate it seems to be reaally slow too when I try to accelarate from standing - please adise i really donot want to be ripped off by some mechanic. Can oyu also adise where to go not too far from Leeds 8 thanks
