2001 Renault Scenic drive shaft

The splines on my drive shaft sheared off. It was replaced and now 3 months later the same thing has happened again. Any ideas or is this a design fault with the scenic megane?

Have your mechanic check the splines that your drive shaft goes into ? if these are worn they could be the cause of the second shaft damage .. will check if this is a common faullt for you ?
