Electrical problem
2004 Renault Megane Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Manual 70000 miles

My electric passenger front window is stuck down, nothing happens when using either drivers switch or door swich, no noise nothing. all other windows work ok, checked fuses as front ones have seperate ones but both work.
On locking the car all windows normally close.
I cannot seem to remove the door panel, i have undone all the screws/bolts but it does not want to move, don't want to break anything so not sure what to do.
I have been advised that the motor probably needs a tap as it may have seized, after speaking with renault they say it could be the mech which is about £200, I dont wnat to be robbed by renault really.
Can anyone help?
