2001 Renault Megane Tail Lights

Hi, my problem is quite complicated. I’m having terrible problems with all the light at the back of the car. Firstly, when I press the brakes the rear fog lights come on and both indicator lights but not the brake lights. If I activate the indicators (left or right) the rear fog lights flash with them. If I activate the indicators and step on the brake the rear fog light flashes in time with the indicators, indicator Lights don’t flash and the whole lot flash double time (is if an indicator bulb has blown). All this is also linked to the rear windscreen wiper. When I have the front wipers on and I step on the brake the rear wiper activates. All the rear lights are affected, fogs, brake, reverse and indicators and there are too many combinations to list all. It all started when I noticed that when I had the lights on and stepped on the brake I noticed the rear fog light indicator on the dash flash briefly and it steadily got worse.
