2000 Renault Megane Automatic 44000 miles

I have a renault megane 1.6 automatic, Year 2000 .

I have a misfire.The car misfires most of the time when hot ,cold,stationery , driven etc .

Please help my car has only 44000 miles

When was the last tune-up? For a start get the computer scanned for OBD2 code/s and comeback with it this is where we start
