Engine starts fine, idle is a little high. After 10-15 mins idle speed becomes erratic, continuously changing from 700 rpm to 1800 rpm and dropping again repeating every couple of seconds - a bit like challenging the next door car!
The problem is intermittent - soemtimies happens, sometimes doesn't.
Engine perfromance is fine.
It has been doing this intermittently for a year or two the Renault people report that there is no fault code shown on their computer.
All filters, plugs, cam belt etc have been changed at recommended periods
