Hi all!

Can someone advise me please on my comment!

I have a renault Laguna 2.2DCI GT 2004 and i have come across a couple of annoying noises, I.E,

1 : when the car is idle or awaiting traffic lights to change the cabin vibrates, however, the car is not loosing power or cutting out and no loss of revs, i have visited Renault Cardiff and done the diognostics test and the engine is 100%.( Renault Cardiff thinks its the engine mount ).

2. When i am driving around 50/60mph i let my engine slow me down, but i have noticed a whining noise at 50mph, nothing on 40mph or 30mph.I don't get it when changing gears, when i dip the clutch at 50mph the whining stops.

Please can you assist what uppropriate action i need to take.

Hope this all makes sence.

Krgds

have the engine mount's replaced as this is the most likely cause of the vibration ... have the clutch checked out the release bearing may be worn !!
