2004 Renault Clio Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Manual 19335 miles

Hi,
I ahve a Renault Clio 1.2 16V and have a steady orange warning indicator appeared on the dashboard. The manaul says this is something to do with exhaust fumes? Its the second to bottom light on the right handside of the dashboard. I am not driving the car at the moment. What is this?
