2002 Renault Clio Washer Jets

I have a 52 plate Clio and the washer jets are not working, there is no noise when I try to use them which made me think it could possibly be a fuse. I checked the manual and the fuse box and I cannot see which fuse it would be, there is no indication on what one it would be and as far as I am aware everything else is working fine.
