2001 Renault Clio right window lifter motor -> one way o

to debug, I have unmounted the electric engine from the window lifter mechanic, it works only in one way (UP) and does not work down way

plugged out the motor, and with multimeter I could messaure only 12 volt when pressing windo UP switch, and 0 volt when pressing Down switch

The same situation from the left door's contorl switch.

I have unmounted the right window's control switch, it is working OK.

Does this window lifting has somewhere a relay? controller? Or fuse?
