Transmission problem

hi i have a renault clio 1.2 and we had to replace the gear box when we bought the car due to a bump! we had a second hand gear box from the scrap yard and it run perfect for 2 weeks after we changed it! now wen the engine is cold the car works perfect and after about 15-20 mins of traveling the car starts to over rev in every gear as if the clutch is slipping then when i leave off the accelerator the clutch seems to catch again. the car works perfect when cold! just wondering if someone has an idea what the problem is or any sugestions are really appreciated.
