Removing chrome bumper

It can be done on the vehicle or you can remove the entire assembly. I attached the process which appears it is having you remove just the bumper. The painted part is called the fascia cover and the chrome part is the bumper.

The bottom holes of the mounting bracket fit fine but the top holes are way far from the chrome bumper, can't tell if they are bent or not. Can you tell at all? It was hit on front passenger side.

Are you talking about the ones I circled. They do look bent. They should be pretty straight. This is just a mounting hole so I would just hold a piece of wood behind it and hammer then back to fit. The structural part is in the frame rail which looks good. So you just need to mount the bumper.

Exactly yes, these are the ones that are far from the holes on the bumper. You have see them before on other trucks and they should be straight correct?

Correct. As I said, just use a blunt flat object and flatten them back out. A 1x2 would work. Just anything that would slide in behind it and allow you to hammer it straight. If you want to bend it forward and then hammer it back straight that would be fine too. Again, you just need it to align and fit because the frame is the structural component.
