What is the quickest and cheapest way to remove car scuffs and scratches?

Hi,
If the mark is superficial and hasn't damaged the paint under it, go to the local parts store and purchase polishing compound.
When you do this, get a soft applicator and dampen it. Then put the compound on the applicator and rub where the mark is located.
