Removed codes now having more problems

We had someone removed codes. they were throttle positioning sensor and for MAF sensor. we had already changed the parts now the car starts revving up slowly.

I attached the wiring diagram for the sensors.

Do you have a voltmeter to some testing to see if we can narrow the area of failure?
