Removal of tubes from fron valve cover

How to remove tubes above rear of front valve cover?
There is a couple of clips & another part that does not move. How do I get it loose on a 2001 buick lasabre custom 3.8? without breaking it?

Yep they can be difficult, apply WD 40 and use good tools, this is key, lean on the mounting bolts/nut but not enough to break them.
