Remote door lock horn not working

The remote still lock and open the doors but the horn that normally sound if you press the lock button to lock the doors. does not sound again while the light still flashes and secondly if one press the open button the light that normally flashes don't flash again to indicates that the door are open.

I believe I know what happened. You can actually turn those functions off by holding both the lock and unlock buttons together for more than 2 seconds. So, lets do the same thing again and see if it fixes it. If this doesn't work, you will need to have a scanner that can complete the function for you.

Without CONSULT-II
When "lock" and "unlock" signals are sent from the key-fob for more than 2 seconds at the same time, the hazard and horn reminder mode is changed and hazard warning lamp flashes and horn sounds as shown.
