Hello,

After the remap did you then blank off the EGR valve and remove the DPF from the exhaust system?

Have you checked for any engine related fault codes?

How to use a suitable diagnostic tool:

Hello,

The point of a delete in the ECM, Engine Control Module, is that it no longer monitors these 2 components, EGR valve and DPF.
If you leave them in the system the DPF will no longer regenerate, clean itself, and if blocked can cause lack of power, hard start, issues.
The EGR valve can get stuck in an open position which in turn will pass exhaust gas into the intake system causing hard start and cutting out issues.
A blanking plate installed in the EGR passage will stop this from happening.

Regarding the DPF delete the options are to either remove the internals of the DPF, which a good exhaust shop could do, or fit a replacement exhaust piece.

Hope this helps.
