When opening van door aloud clicking starts from right rear

Continues for approximately thirty seconds goes off and then starts again. Key is not in ignition. Sound happens again when park van and ignition is off. Sounds like a relay clicking.

It sounds like the TIPM is going out which is common but to be sure we can scan the CAN to see whats going on. here is a video to show you how:

Here is how to replace the TIPM int he diagrams and instructions below. Its easy because it self initializes. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
