Relay for headlamps

is there a separate relay for the main headlamps and a separate relay for the high beams? Also, is there a separate fuse for each of these headlamps?

There is not. I attached the wiring diagram and the close view with the low and high beams highlighted. The high beams are run off the fog relay and there is a separate fuse for the left and right headlamps.

where was the fuse box be to check the 15A fuse for the low beam headlamps?

It is in the underhood fuse box. I attached the information for this fuse box.
