the car during summer it works without trouble but during the cold weather when i want to start in the morning it does not work, unless you open the cap and return and it will start. when driving fifty meters it will suddenly stop and must open and close the cap and return five times till it goes all through,
when the car stop during break hour and need to start again you must do the same thing, but when it start and i am driving one, two or three hours all are working the engine, lights .power, only the clutch cannot hold. i already changed from new battery , changed oil as usual. I cleaned the gas tank and dinamo . i already consult, repair, search and tried everything to stop the pop out of " reduced engine power ". what is the problem to it can you help me to solved this problem?
